A Strategic Decision Session (SDS) is a focused, one-time working session where you and Meagan work through the exact decision you’re stuck on — pricing, a hire, a pivot, a hard conversation — and leave with a clear plan, not just talking points. It’s $497, and it’s the starting point for every Amplify Decisions engagement.
How is a strategic decision advisor different from a business coach or consultant?
A coach helps you find your own answers over time. A consultant tells you what to do and hands you a deliverable. A strategic decision advisor sits with you inside the actual decision, pressure-tests it against what your business can support, and gives you a specific recommendation and plan — then stays available as you execute it. Amplify Decisions never positions as a coach or a consultant.
How much does it cost to work with Amplify Decisions?
The Strategic Decision Session is $497, and it’s fully credited toward the Monthly Advisory or the 12-Week Advisory Program if you decide to continue. Ongoing advisory work is priced separately based on the level of support you need.
