What we do in 90 minutes
We start with the decision you brought. Not the surface version — the real one underneath it. Most business owners are solving the wrong problem because the actual decision is buried under a layer of assumptions, fear, or competing priorities they haven't named yet.
We surface it, examine it, and work through it together. By the end of the session, you'll have a written Decision Log — a clear record of what we examined, what you decided, and the specific next steps you're taking. Not a summary of our conversation. An artifact you can act on.
Before the session
You submit a short pre-session form so I arrive prepared. No homework assignments — just enough context for me to show up ready to go deep immediately.
During the session
90 minutes of focused, direct conversation. I ask hard questions. I push back when something doesn't add up. I help you see the decision clearly — including the parts you've been avoiding.
After the session
You receive your written Decision Log within 24 hours. It captures what we worked through, the decision you made, and the specific actions you committed to. You walk away with something concrete.

What if I'm not sure what decision to bring?
That's exactly what the Start Here tool is for. Walk through it and I'll help you figure out what makes sense. Sometimes the pre-work of naming the decision clearly is half the work — and we can do that together before we ever book a session.
Is this coaching?
No. I'm a strategic decision advisor, which is different. A coach helps you grow as a person. I help you make a specific business decision — clearly, completely, and in a way you can act on immediately. If you leave without a decision, I haven't done my job.
What kinds of decisions do people bring?
Pricing changes. Hiring decisions. Whether to drop a service or add one. Partnership questions. Direction decisions — what to focus on, what to stop doing. If it's a decision that keeps you up at night or one you've been delaying, it belongs here.
What if I need more than one session?
A single session handles one decision well. If you're working through something that requires ongoing thinking partnership, there's a Monthly Advisory option for clients who've done a session first. We can talk about that if it comes up.
Can I book a session immediately without going through the Start Here tool?
I ask everyone to go through Start Here first — even if you're ready to book now. It takes four minutes and it helps me show up to your session fully prepared. It also gives me what I need to make sure we use the 90 minutes in the most valuable way possible for you.
